Formerly the Lead Independent Director at CyberSource Corporation, the world’s leading ePayments processor, Mr. Novak served on the board from shortly after inception through rapid growth and acquisition by Visa in 2010.
Novak has extensive experience in both the public and private equity markets, and served as a Board member or Board Chairman at a variety of early stage enterprises.
Chairman of the Board of TICC Capital and founder of Mederi Therapeutics, Novak is a graduate of Purdue University as well as the Harvard Business School.
Responsible for technology strategy, product development, and datacenter operations at Quisk, Mr. Amancherla has specialized in delivering highly available, massively scalable, and secure software to global customers for over 19 years.
At CyberSource he led the architecture team and delivery of extremely high-volume payment processing systems. At Visa after CyberSource’s acquisition, he directed mobile payments initiatives such as the award-winning Visa Checkout.
Amancherla holds a master’s degree from Michigan State University.
Mr. Alshobaki is a senior technology executive and thought leader with more than 18 years of multi-functional experience across the Middle East, Africa and the USA with companies ranging from SAP and TSYS to IBM and Oracle.
A past cofounder of multiple innovative companies, Alshobaki has a track record of building relationships with banks and governments that unlock untapped opportunities while creating the conditions for profitable growth.
He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago and leads the office of Quisk Middle East FZ LLC in Dubai.
Ms. Garfein has spent a career providing regulatory and compliance leadership to the payments sector and at high tech global companies.
A legal counsel at Infineon Technologies and Siemens, she has represented a range of corporate and startup clients throughout Silicon Valley as an attorney or associate with multiple firms.
Garfein holds a J.D. from Pace Law School and an engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Ms. Lenderman provided account management and implementation support for global pre-paid issuing clients for i2c, as well as an innovative online billing aggregation service at Manilla for partners Comcast, DirecTV, AT&T, and Citicard, among others.
As Senior Business Leader at Visa, Ms. Lenderman deployed Visa Extras, a turn-key loyalty solution used by hundreds of issuers and over 3 million cardholders, and led the implementation development team for Verified by Visa, an award-winning product deployed to 27,000 merchants, 13 million customers, and issuers from Chase to Wells Fargo.
She is a graduate of San Francisco State University.
As Digital Lead for 3M’s $32B global industrial business, Mr. Koerner was responsible for delivering new interactive web and native digital experiences for 3M customers and employees in 65 countries around the world.
He led teams to design and build the earliest mobile and responsive sites at the company, and has managed marketing operations as a director or consultant for startups in video and data delivery, health care software, and enterprise networking.
Koerner has founded two innovative payment startups and is an MBA as well as a graduate of Penn State University.
At Visa, Mr. Shah was Senior Lead Software Engineer, responsible for re-writing the transaction processing system for all global customers. At HP he led the Master Data Management team, integrating both software and reporting across diverse business units and systems.
Shah has experience managing challenging enterprise-level engineering projects for companies ranging from small revenue management startups to international government defense contractors, and is a graduate of San Jose State with an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Formerly Technology Operations Manager at Socialtext, a social software company, Mr. Khawja managed system infrastructure, delivery of enterprise-level software and the companies highly available and scalable cloud-based platform.
With past experience in IT operations, finance, and management for software companies that produce mobile banking solutions, social networking, and business systems, Khwaja has worked with a broad spectrum of information systems and datacenter technologies.
He is a certified support manager and a graduate of the University of California, Irvine.
